An export from your current platform, a spreadsheet, or a login so we can pull it ourselves. Whatever form it is in, we have probably seen it.

We import and check it
We load your league, reconcile the totals against your old system, and flag anything that does not line up before you ever see it.

You review, then go live
You get a working league to look through. Nothing is public until you say so, and most leagues go live within 24 hours.
