Minor hockey associations
Software for minor hockey associations
One place for registration, every division's schedule and standings, and an association website parents can find, with scores that update during the game.
Registration parents can finish on their phone
Build registration forms with waivers and your own questions, take payment online by credit card, and registered players go straight onto rosters. Charity programs and registered non-profits can ask about discounted pricing.
Every division under one association
An association runs several leagues or divisions under one website, with roles for admins, scorekeepers and referees. Each division has its own schedule, standings, stats and playoff brackets, and the AI schedule generator builds a season around your ice times.
Scores families can follow
Scorekeepers score from any phone, and parents and grandparents follow along on the association website or in the free HockeySync app, with notifications for the teams they follow. The whole product is bilingual in Quebec French.
Questions leagues ask
- Does HockeySync replace the Hockey Canada Registry?
- No. HockeySync is not a Hockey Canada or USA Hockey registry, so players who must register with them still do. HockeySync handles your association's own registration forms, payments, schedules, scoring and website.
- Can each age group have its own schedule and standings?
- Yes. Each division or league under the association has its own teams, schedule, standings, stats and playoffs, and the association website brings them together.
- Who can enter scores?
- Anyone you give the scorekeeper role. Admins invite scorekeepers and referees, and each sees only what their role allows.
- Do you offer pricing for non-profit associations?
- Yes. Minor and youth hockey programs, registered charities and not-for-profit associations qualify for discounted pricing. Contact us with a few details about your association.
