Adult and beer leagues
Hockey league software for adult and beer leagues
Score from the bench on any phone, give players the stats they check the morning after, and stop running the league out of a spreadsheet.
Scoring that works with the volunteers you have
Whoever is at the bench scores the game on their own phone: goals, assists, penalties and shots, with the clock. There is no tablet to keep charged. Standings, leaders and player pages update within seconds of each goal, and you can try it first at hockeysync.com/try/live-scoring.
Stats players actually check
Every player gets a page with points, penalty minutes and goalie numbers season by season, plus all-time records for the league. The free HockeySync app sends results for the teams players follow, and Pro leagues get a written preview and recap for every game.
The admin work, in one place
Registration forms with waivers and online payment, schedules built by the AI schedule generator, suspensions, trades and salary caps for draft leagues, and playoff brackets. The Rookie plan is free for up to 6 teams, 60 players and 60 games a season; Pro removes the limits.
Questions leagues ask
- What is the best app for running a beer league?
- One the scorekeeper can use on their own phone, and that publishes standings and stats without anyone retyping them. HockeySync does both, adds registration and payments, and is free for leagues of up to 6 teams, 60 players and 60 games a season.
- Can we track suspensions and penalty minutes?
- Yes. Penalty minutes are counted from the game sheets, and on Pro suspensions are recorded against players so everyone can see who is out.
- Do players need to pay for the app?
- No. The HockeySync app is free for players and fans on iPhone and Android.
- We're a draft league. Does it handle trades and a salary cap?
- Yes. On Pro, trades between teams are recorded and each team is tracked against its salary cap.
